WACK ApS (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Monty service available at getmonty.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.

2. What Data We Collect
When you use Monty, we may collect and process the following data:
Account and contact information
- Name, email address, and company information provided during onboarding
- Telegram user ID used to interact with your Monty assistant
Shop data
- WooCommerce product, order, and stock data accessed via API to provide the service
- WordPress site information (plugins, themes, system health)
- Yoast SEO metadata for SEO analysis and suggestions
Usage data
- Logs of commands and interactions with Monty for troubleshooting and service improvement
- Error logs and technical diagnostics
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Deliver and operate the Monty service
- Send daily reports, alerts, and notifications via Telegram and email
- Improve and develop the service
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Shared with Third Parties
To deliver the service, we share data with the following processors:
- Anthropic (Claude API) – AI analysis of shop data. Product data and shop context is sent to Anthropic’s API for analysis. No customer payment data is ever shared. Anthropic processes data under their own privacy policy.
- Telegram – Notifications and commands are delivered via Telegram’s messaging platform.
- Hetzner Online GmbH – Our server infrastructure is hosted in Nuremberg, Germany (EU).
All third-party processors are contractually required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Germany). Each customer’s Monty agent runs in an isolated container — your data is never shared with or accessible by other customers.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
7. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk
